Ongoing stress without regular mental and physical relaxation results not only in severe health issues -as we see in Game A-, it must be understood that the breathingcentre is disregulated by that. The consequences in our society of ongoing stress is that a lot of people do not breathe healthy anymore. This causes on its own new healtproblems that increases stress. This is an unhealthy vicious circle that has to be broken.

Allthough 'breathwork' is popular nowadays, it needs more specific knowledge to formulate an awnser to the problems stress has caused to the breathing system. Using the knowledge of professor and researcher K. Buteyko and adding to that recent knowledge about stress release and the polyvagal theory (healing nervus system problems), we can conclude that regular meditatition of any kind must be part of the educational system, next to learning techniques to reset the breathing centre ones it is disregulated. Also the relationship between stress and the functioning of the breathcentre should be deeply understood and educated. This will contribute to a lifestyle where a happy, non-stressed way of living gives enough room to the self-healing energy that we need to remain healthy and happy in a natural way.
