Some contextualization: Admittedly I don't get too excited about the "Game B" term as the Wikipedia project is doing some things of that nature for ~2 decades and the libre-free software world for ~4+ decades, and before Marx too identified some problems as well as all the noble anarchists, and if you want, Christianity is describing a few things about the human condition for even longer.
